The RED & White project : AIESEC Bardo's tribute to the underprivileged communities .. in the making.

The Tunisian revolution that has taken the world by storm in 2011 , has revealed some chocking truths about certain regions in Tunisia.
The uprising that was initially triggered by feelings of despair and oppression , uncovered the miserable circumstances that some people from internal areas live in.
Illiteracy , joblessness and other social plagues have given birth ,after the revolution, to other corruptions such as drug-use and juvenile delinquency . 

The RED & WHITE program: 

This initiative was developed in AIESEC Bardo , as an attempt to help the needy in the forgotten areas of the country . It targets the fields of education and drug addiction . The actual purpose of this project is to help shed light on the lives of the needy by drawing national and international attention to the hardships they are enduring . The program consists in receiving qualified trainees of different nationalities to give free-language  courses -mainly English- to children . Another group of trainees , after undertaking a specialized training ship about drug addiction , will conduct campaigns to warn against toxicomania and raise public awareness to its dangers. 
This program will take place in March, in the northwestern Tunisian states of Zaghouan , Beja and el Kef , along with some cultural activities in Tunis .

AIESEC Bardo in Tunisia is paving the way for you:
Starting this global community development program aims mainly at giving universal proportions to voluntary work . Social problems are an international concern that needs to be given international care and support .. and that's how AIESEC functions , by relying on a worldwide platform of a 108 countries.
This project reinforces associations and NGO's role in Tunisia and highlights the importance of these organisms in the progress of the country . International prosperity can only be achieved through voluntary group work and a strong will from the community , in order to make a serious impact ...
